Why dinner at the Jubilee is a great way to begin your evening at the ballet...

A RENOWNED CHEF AND A SPECIAL MENU

We've partnered with Chef Andrea Harling (former chef at the acclaimed Brava Bistro) and her new venture Made Foods to the Jubilee. Familiar to many in Calgary's burgeoning food scene: Chef Andrea was the final chef at the acclaimed Brava Bistro. Now as the Vice-President and Executive Chef of Made Foods, she has created a series of culinary delights for Alberta Ballet, featuring her trademark style of preparing the freshest ingredients for the boldest flavours.

Chef Andrea has planned a menu feast perfect for a winter's evening. Each course features her trademark style of pairing the freshest local ingredients with the boldest of flavours.

DINE ON YOUR OWN SCHEDULE

You set your own schedule as dinner will be served at unique food stations around the banquet room. Join your family at an intimate table or meet new friends by dining family style - the choice is yours. Dinner starts 90 minutes before showtime and service ends 15 minutes before the curtain is raised.

Doors to the Jubilee open 90 minutes prior to curtain.  Bistro + Ballet will be ready to serve as soon as the lobby opens.
